A few days ago I posted the audio version of Britney’s new song Hold it against me. The song has a different sound than we are used to from brit brit, but to be honest I kinda like it.  The music video has finally made his world premiere and I have to say it’s one of those video’s that are not that great but also not that bad. Before the video was launched there was a bit of commotion. “In every role, she is dancing. She is going to be dancing throughout the whole video” choreographer Brian Friedman told MTV. “Dance is the focal point of this video.” But when a dancer of Brit leaked that the dance moves in the videoclip were to hot to handle for Britney spears a dancer of Britney herself was asked by the choreographer to body double for her dancing part. Britney management denied the whole incident by telling the press: “The accusations could not be further from the truth. Britney worked extremely hard on this video and rehearsed for six weeks prior to shooting, Fans will immediately see how inaccurate these claims are once they see the video.”  And what did we see in the video: NO Real dancing at all! It seems that Britney decided to take eggs for her money  and decided to cancel most dance scenes in the music video. In stead they made a very cool high-tech video. They even copied a very beautiful scene of Alexander mcqueens  Spring Summer 1999 show (the show most fashionista’s say it is the best fashion show ever) and transformed it in to something quite commercial. (check out the video)

Despite the great amount of advertising in the video, the lack of dancing by Britney herself and the bad story line and failing creative team, the video is ok, but in a word with a Lady gaga and lot’s of other big creative talents in the world, Britney should really step up her game. Want to see the video for yourself? Check it out down below. Also don’t forget to keep an eye on  Britney spear’s upcoming album, Femme Fatale, that  will be in stores on March 29.
